Planning to remodel?
If you're buying a home you want to update, Signature Construction (a DBA of SSQTS, CSLB #1163093) can give you a walkthrough estimate, so you know what the work involves before you commit. Kitchens, baths, flooring and paint, room additions and ADUs are all on its list.
For escrow, you can choose any company. Swift Settlement Escrow, on Plum Lane in Redlands, is one option.
