Gary and his teammate Laura were AMAZING! From day 1 till closing they walked us through everything we needed to do to sale my parents home. Along the process we dealt with very unprofessional underwriters and lender on the buyers side, but Gary and Laura were very aggressive and assured us that everything would get done. Gary told us he can get us a price above our asking, and he did exactly that, $25,000 above ask. We WILL definitely use Gary and Laura next time we sell or buy a house! Thank you!!!

Gary is the best! He sold our house for $30,000 over asking price in 7 days! He then helped us to by our dream home! All coordinating the buying and selling without having to get storage or a hotel. Simply the best! I have had agents in the past but none like this!

Gary knocked this one out of the park!! He made the impossible very POSSIBLE. Professional. Supportive. Patient. Knowledgeable. Communicative. Most importantly made us comfortable and reassured us every step of the way.

We gave Gary the challenge to sell two homes in Rialto and Whittier and to find our forever home somewhere within three different counties with very specific requirements and needs for kids, parents, grandparents, and our little zoo of pets. Not only did he sell our two homes with multiple offers and above listing price but found us the most amazingly perfect forever home all within two months!! The timing was important, all the specific details, requirements, negotiations, etc... and got it all done!

Gary sold our primary residence in Riverside in about a month and got us a full price offer. He even gave us names of reasonable contractors to do some of the minor repair work prior to selling. Then we gave Gary the listing for our rental house in Hemet and, again he brought us a solid buyer for just under our listed price, and a quick closing which we needed since we were moving to Texas.
